With a bonus room, ping pong, cornhole, and a two-level dock, it’s perfect for families or groups. Just minutes to groceries, dining, and lakefront fun—your peaceful lake escape starts here.  
  
Welcome to your peaceful getaway on Lake Norman—a cozy, tree-shaded retreat where the days are easy and the sunsets are unforgettable.  
  
Step inside and you’re greeted by vaulted ceilings, warm wood tones, and an open layout that flows from the kitchen to the living room, perfect for shared meals, game nights, or quiet mornings with coffee. The upstairs offers two inviting bedrooms and a full bath, with light streaming in through the trees and glimpses of the lake beyond.  
  
Out back, the expansive deck stretches high into the trees with panoramic lake views—ideal for grilling, lounging, or watching the sky turn gold at sunset. It’s a space that feels both elevated and grounded, just like the lake life it invites you to enjoy.  
  
Head downstairs to find two more bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a bonus lounge with a comfy sofa, TV, and a fold-down Murphy bed—perfect for movie nights or extra guests. The lower-level porch is a destination of its own, featuring a ping pong table, rocking swing chair, and more space to relax after a day on the water.  
  
Outside, the magic continues. This home sits on one of the flattest, most usable yards on Lake Norman—ideal for kids to play or for tossing a football under the trees. A large dock offers both an open-air space to sunbathe and a covered slip for your boat. You’ll find 4 kayaks ready to launch into the deep, year-round water. And when evening falls, gather by the firepit near the lake and let the stories flow under the stars.  
  
You’re just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and all the best of the lake—but tucked just far enough back to feel a world away. Whether you're here to explore or just breathe a little deeper, The Hideaway is your perfect place to unplug and settle in.  
  
🕸️ Spider webs outside?  
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!  
  
⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?  
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.  
  
🔥 Is firewood provided?  
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).  
  
🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?  
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

\- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125\. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.  
\- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.  
\- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.  
\- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.  
\- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.  
\- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
