It is in a great historic neighborhood for walking or driving to green spaces & parks, coffee shops & restaurants, and charming houses with beautiful gardens & landscaping. This condo was close to all the good spots in town, and what a lovely and walkable neighborhood. Very clean and well decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated the snacks and fixins for mixed drinks, and the bed was super comfy! This will be a spot we come back to again. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend. ##### Kathryn H. We travel with our standard poodle and the neighborhood is great for a nice walk. Only hiccup was the smoke alarm tripped about 6 times the morning of our second day. We checked everywhere and there was no smoke and we are non-smokers. We called the property manager number and they promptly sent someone out to fix it. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful area and our condo was very comfortable and clean. ##### Janet M. Our trip revolved around a camp at Queens University, and the location couldn't have been better. The reliable WIFI was great, and being in close proximity to downtown and numerous dining spots was convenient. The bed offered a comfortable night's sleep, a definite highlight. The only drawback was the condition of the sofa. There seemed to be excessive lint/shedding from the sofa and the floor could have used a thorough sweep. I appreciate the vacuum cleaner and broom. This rental in Myers Park, NC was wonderful. The decor was hip, stylish and fun. The attention to detail was apparent. I appreciated the full size kitchen stocked with cooking and eating ware and the full size washer and dryer. The unit was immaculate when we arrived. Supplies for doing laundry was available, as well as bathroom, coffee and cleaning essentials The large bed and linens were heavenly. Having televisions in each room was very nice as well. From the get go communication with host was great. I felt reassured if I needed anything I could just ask. The walkout to the side of the building and front of building made it so accessible for doggy potty breaks. Parking was plentiful and the electronic entry keypad was easy to use. I highly recommend this rental and will use it again for future visits to Myers Park. ceating s ##### Maria H. If there were 10 stars available to give, we would happily give them! What an amazing stay in Charlotte. Honestly, this apartment is one of the best VRBO that I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot! The check in was very easy and immediately we were welcomed with a beautiful and clean place. There were even little snacks and mixers waiting. We travelled with our dog Bella and boy was she so happy! The neighborhood, just wow! I have never felt so safe and so relaxed. We went for so many walks just exploring the beautiful neighborhood. We walked to a great coffee shop that is dog friendly and the Harris Teater is right near by. We drove over to Freedom Park and had the best time. That park is amazing!!!! We found restaurants close that were absolutely delicious. We took an Uber downtown, that is so close and enjoyed dinner and a concert at Bank of America stadium. I mean, it’s right there near by!! We did laundry before leaving, we loved the heated floor in the bathroom, the bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was so comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect. After this trip, we have decided to actually start looking at moving to Charlotte. I am so in love of this apartment and I can’t wait to stay there again! Hopefully while we are looking at houses!
