Situated close to NoDa, the city's arts and entertainment district, you'll be in close proximity to eclectic galleries, music venues, and artisan gift shops. NoDa is also home to some of the city's best local eats, including Southern fare, Cajun cuisine, and pizza, as well as a number of hip dive bars. This fully-furnished, modern home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring an open living and kitchen area for an inviting space to relax or entertain. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a perfectly manicured front yard with beautiful landscaping and architectural details. The front porch, complete with comfortable outdoor seating, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring this historic city. Inside, the house features custom-made furniture and attention to detail you'd expect from a luxury vacation home rental. The modern living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa and accent armchair that add a bright pop of color. The dining and kitchen area offers plenty of room to gather around a beautiful modern wood table for a home-cooked meal or local takeout. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor. • For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • The primary guest should be at least 21 years of age on the day of arrival. • Pet Policy Pets are allowed at an additional ($130+ Tax) fee. The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation. One pet (25 pound maximum limit) per unit max. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property. This property is about half a mile from the rail station that takes you straight Spectrum Center. It was easy to get around. The house was cute and quaint.
