We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable\* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy. \*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. The booking guest is required to be staying at the property otherwise MyTripify will cancel the reservation without refund. Check-in and Checkout Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM) Check-out is at 11:00 AM Check in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period. Quiet Enjoyment You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as termination of your stay without refund. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels. Access to the Home Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owners closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard. To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Pets Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300. Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance. Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest. Parking Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Smoking No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest. Excessive Trash All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag. Internet Usage By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows. MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use. The communication with the owners was very good as there were two things we needed to communicate to them and they were quick to respond. In terms of the house inclusions I would recommend a couple of things for the owner to review: pots, pans and baking sheets are old and not in great shape. The house could also use some additional cutlery. And, finally, some additional throw blankets would be nice for when you’re watching TV.Overall, the house was exactly what we wanted and expected. ##### Andrew P. My family enjoyed our stay. Ryley was very responsive to my texts. The house is located in a quiet community right across the street from the college so food and shopping were very close. The house was everything the owner described and terrific for our family Thanksgiving away from home. Seven adults and two children stayed there very comfortably and six others staying or living elsewhere in Charlotte joined us for our holiday meal there. It worked out perfectly. ##### Candy L.
