Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. The communication with the owners was very good as there were two things we needed to communicate to them and they were quick to respond. In terms of the house inclusions I would recommend a couple of things for the owner to review: pots, pans and baking sheets are old and not in great shape. The house could also use some additional cutlery. My family enjoyed our stay. Ryley was very responsive to my texts. The house is located in a quiet community right across the street from the college so food and shopping were very close. The house was everything the owner described and terrific for our family Thanksgiving away from home. Seven adults and two children stayed there very comfortably and six others staying or living elsewhere in Charlotte joined us for our holiday meal there. It worked out perfectly. ##### Candy L.
