### Lake Norman Luxury 6 br House Pool, Hot tub, Outdoor Oasis. Pets ok!

Very rare luxury property in Lake Norman area on a private lot. 6 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, bonus room, large open concept kitchen with large island for entertainment, and multiple TVs indoors.  
Outdoor living space is an oasis. Large pool with connected hot tub with jets , 14x14 pavilion beside the pool, outside seating for minimum 12 people, outdoor grill with outdoor table and fridge. Amazing natural views, including windmill palm trees. Indoor/outdoor enjoyment becomes seamless with 12' pocket doors that lead to a covered patio.  
First floor has an open living space with 10' ceilings, family room with ceiling tray with 12' ceiling and a fireplace with custom built-ins, gourmet kitchen, morning room, butler's pantry, dining room, a bedroom with private bathroom, and guest room with half a bath.  
Second floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bonus room with TV and elliptical machine, and laundry room. Master bath has massive frameless shower with three shower heads.  
Both levels include two-piece crown molding and craftsman style wainscoting.  
Air conditioned, central heated, water filter tank in garage, 3 car garage.  
Owner lives nearby to help with emergency needs.  
Great , fast customer service.  
Built in 2015, this property offers its guests a cozy, comfortable and luxurious vacation place.  
Additional queen size air mattress can be provided upon request.  
We provide 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths per bedroom plus 6-8 pool towels.
