With your own boat ramp and lots of room for family and friends, you will enjoy making special memories to last a lifetime! The expansive rear deck is perfect for sitting and enjoying your morning cup of coffee or spending your summer evenings sipping sweet tea & taking in the views of the lake. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the lake! This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, with the 2nd living quarters in the finished lower level, where you'll find a 2nd kitchen, an additional bedroom, a full bath, a living room, and a game room. Your lake access boat ramp is just to the right of the house! Upon entering Kool Breeze, the open-concept living space is immediately evident and inviting. On the main level, there is a large dining area with an extendable table, seating 8\. The living room has a large TV & 2 comfy couches where you can relax and enjoy a game while also taking in the fantastic lake views. The fully stocked kitchen, features new countertops, is adjacent to the living room with an island and seating for two. Off the kitchen, you'll find a screened-in porch with a TV and seating for six. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. The home came with two kayaks and a swim platform, which all of the boys liked (ages 10-14). The home also had a brand new hot tub, which the kids loved! The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a double bunk room downstairs with a large tv room. This was perfect for all the boys to watch their tv downstairs.
