Property was undergoing renovations. Only two floors available. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I am upset because I did not get the room I booked. I booked a jacuzzi suite king bed with a sofa bed. The room I got didn’t have the sofa bed. Only one roll in bed could fit in the room comfortably. I got this room for my niece and daughter’s spring break so the jacuzzi room was priority. I ended up leaving the room for the night and letting my mom stay with the girls so we could all get good sleep.

I had spiders and some other bugs in my room. The room above me was so loud i wasnt able to sleep. (Found out it was workers hired by management) sink did jot drain well. This is why I prefer Hilton.

Disappointed stay.
Their oven was down so no hot food for breakfast. Looking at reviews it had been down for over a week. The pancake maker was working, but they were cold. So we had to go to breakfast both days and pay for that. Got to our room and the cabin door fell off when we opened the refrigerator. The TV was hooked up to the dish, they had to fix that. Cobwebs behind the door, under the heat/ac unit. The shower head was thick with like build up. My son went to the pool and there was a build up on the service so he didn’t use it. This is not the normal experience at a Holiday Inn and the company should really look at this facility. It needs some serious attention.

The overall stay was just ok. We had to get new key cards several times on an overnight stay,because they stopped working. Breakfast was minimal options because the oven was down.

The hotel is loacted in a quiet small town. Easy parking and gas close. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The sink is IN the bathroom. EXCELLENT breakfast, hot and plentifull.

We booked a King suite, and at check in they did not disclose that they didn’t have any kings available. So to our surprise when we got to our room it was a double bed room. When speaking to the front desk there was no apology just that was all they had available. When requesting some sort of compensation for this error there was nothing that could be done. Disappointing to spend over $190 for a night and not even get what we expected.

Mold in window and on curtains of first of 3 rooms (with only 1 room reserved, given the wrong style room, an occupied room second, and then finally the correct room on try 3). Beds were very uncomfortable and keys stopped working 2x in a 2 night stay. Staff also couldn’t find our reservation for the first 30 minutes of check in. Breakfast was nice though!

Meh. This hotel is old and needs some TLC. Everything worked but the room had some visible scarring on the furniture. Breakfast items weren't being replenished. The employees seemed to want to socialize outside instead of working. Every time we came and left the buildings, they were clusted outside smoking... all of them (manager, housekeepers and breakfast attendant)

we went to check in at 3:15 after being told check in was at 3. we were told along with about 8 there people that our rooms were not ready and we’d have to wait. We had to wait about 45 mins. This really sucks because it puts us behind on our trip to a wedding, and that was the whole reason we we’re staying in town there. We missed the first 20 minutes of the wedding and we can not get that time back. We had asked for some sort of discount and we’re told to come back in the morning and talk to someone else about it. We didn’t have time today n the morning to come talk to people again about the issue so we just left and will be sure to let others of our experience and maybe try the other hotel down the rd next time.

Coming home from vacation
Checked in late after a long day. Room was just what we needed. Bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Check in was easy and the lady who helped us was very polite and extremely nice. Breakfast was big with a lot of choices. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
