Nice hotel w/ convenient location to shops anf dining. Property is well kept. Good breakfast and the breakfast staff is one of the best . Breakfast area is quite beautiful. Front Staff is friendly and welcoming. Only thing is the bathroom mirror light and desk light are out during stay in room 404. Please fix . Would stay again.

We loved so much we extended our stay an extra day . Very clean and no bad odors . Pillows very fluffy and we requested housekeeping the second day and they did it with no problems. That was appreciated . Keep up the good work

The property provided a convenient location for us as we were playing less than two miles away for soccer tournament. I didn't like the slight sewer smell that was coming from the drain in our bathroom. There was a sewer smell outside the property as well, so it might have been a city sewer smell as well. Also, the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were clumps of hair in the sheets (different hair color than my family's), and there were crumbs in the carpet.

I am so sorry Mr. Joshua yes the sewer smell is an sore to the property that we have no control over from the plant down the street. As far as your rooms not being cleaned the way you needed them to be we do apologize and I have new management working on those issues for the future.

The hotel itself is very nice and quiet and fancy. the room is also very comfortable, clean, no sign of smoking at all, and the room is quite big.

Was woken up at 11:00 with lots of loud banging. Lasted for about an hour. I did not call or complain. Was surprised that there would be such noise so late.

staff was great. Young lady that was working the evening of my check-in was amazing. Wish I remembered her name. All staff was helpful, friendly, professional, she just stood out. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. Fruit water was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Very nice overnight stay
Room was very clean, staff was friendly and gave good advice on a local eatery. Breakfast was a nice option to start the day. While the gym wasn’t too big, it provided good equipment that worked and was also clean.

Best hotel breakfast!
Always a pleasure staying here! This trip was the first we ate breakfast before leaving. What a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh waffles and a variety of usual "cold" items like cereal, muffins, toast, etc. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of four. Tons of room for the kids to move around after a long travel trip in the sitting area of the room. Then a spacious pullout bed when it was time for winding down for the night. Beds were comfortable and made for a restful evening to prepare for the second half of our trip! Front desk staff is always so welcoming when we arrive in the evening!

When I arrived I was informed the property was oversold and they could not accommodate my reservation. No attempt was made to reach out to me even though my phone number and email address were used when booking. No attempt was made to keep me, other than telling me ‘you’ll have to call Expedia’.

great hotel at this price point
We came to Charlotte for a medical procedure. Firstly, it was in a great location, greenway walking trail was a 5 minute walk away. The staff was able to get us into our room early. Room was clean and spacious (we had the suite w/ a sofa and extra TV). The complementary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel at this price point, whomever made the breakfast showed care in the perfect scrambled eggs and near perfect bacon. Gym could have used a floor mat (yoga type) to keep people off the hard floor.

Quiet, uneventful stay. They charge $20 extra at check in to cover "incidentals" by which they mean damage to the room. When asked they say it will be refunded if no damage is found after check out. This all should be explained upfront. Two appliances in my room did not work (one bedside lamp and the room coffee maker). At the complementary breakfast the oatmeal was cold and watery.

Clean but breakfast was disappointing
The room was spotless and the frurnishings were nice and the staff were all friendly. The A/C unit was very loud and the toilet clunked every time you sat down or got up. We were very disappiinted with the breakfast. There were a few cold boiled eggs but no other protien. They were out of breakfast meat, scrambled eggs, and yougurt. There was only 1 milk left. The manger explained that the vendor was late. She said she had a discretionary fund but it took time to get funds released to obtain additional supplies outside of normal distribution channels. There is a BJs right across the street. I would expect a Marroitt establisment to enable thier mangers to quickly cover shortages. We could have stayed at a less expensive hotel. This was definately not up to the standards we expected of Mariott. We will not be staying again next ti.e we are in Charlotte.
