It was a nice place to spend the night. The bed was a little too soft for me and their pillows but everything else was great.

Pros: - Staff was friendly - Cheaper than other hotels in the area - Water pressure was good - Free breakfast Cons: - Entered room to find a huge beatle on the ceiling - Room and sheets were old and stained - Light in the bathroom flickered nonstop which gave me a headache - I could hear the TV from the room across the hall from me - Breakfast was not very good

I was expecting the property to be less dated than it was. It was overall clean, but a little dated, worn. The breakfast had good options and was great. The shuttle driver was very kind. The front desk check-in staff was a little gruff but overall we had a good stay.

This hotel was so quiet. Although close to the airport we didn’t hear the planes or other guests it was a big clean room and the staff was so nice.

My flight got cancelled at two different dates going in my connecting in Charlotte and then out of Charlotte 12 days later. The first night was Aug 18th. The young lady could see I’d been emotional. Just dropped my kid off at college when flight got canceled and stuck in Charlotte. She was amazing and even offered up a hug. Great service. The next morning the gentleman held my bags and I relaxed at the pool. The night of the 29th of august we had a similar experience with travel and couldn’t get out until the next day. I knew exactly which hotel to stay in for the night. I will continue to return. Thanks for the amazing customer service

Believe the real reviews and not the 10/10s!
Not sure how a hotel with extremely musty rooms, where bathroom doors don't close, where rooms are dingy and not well maintained, and where bed skirts have white powdery stains can have 10/10 reviews. Maybe we just got the Hunter Biden suite, but can tell you one thing, we won't be staying at a Fairfield Inn ever again!
