It appears shuttle service has been an issue as per previous reviews. PLEASE BE ADVISED: there IS shuttle service to and from the airport BUT you MUST CALL FOR IT upon arrival. This isn’t mentioned anywhere. We had difficulties initially getting phone service, but once we reached the hotel, the STAFF were excellent.! The shuttle arrived within 25 minutes of our request (unfortunately, it took us over an hour to figure this out!) Shuttle service even drove us to the restaurant of our choice nearby after we had checked in. All staff were kind and professional. They made the hotel shine ( even though it was a bit dull, and could use quite a bit of TLC.) A BIG thank you to Comfort Inn front desk service, shuttle drivers ( both night shift, and early morning) and kitchen helper at breakfast too! You ALL work hard, and it shows. Well done😊

The breakfast was nasty & the shower handle operation in the bathroom is hard to maneuver & at keeping the water at a steady temperature. It needs to be updated completely. In addition,I couldn’t even swim in the pool since it’s an amenity in your hotel. Not good.

False advertising by claiming Airport shuttle transportation is available when it was not. We experienced a cancelled flight and shopped specifically for a Hotel that provided shuttle service. This Hotel advertised as having shuttle service on the Expedia website yet when we called to be picked up they stated that they did NOT have shuttle services. When we explained the sole purpose of booking with them as being our need for shuttle services and requested a refund so we may book elsewhere, they refused. We never stayed nor even made it to check in. I do not understand how a Hotel can be allowed to advertise for a service they do not provide and when they do they are not held accountable. Gave 1 star entirely based off that.

I did not like how the water begin to run slow. At one point the shower head would not work due to “too many people taking a shower in the hotel” which was told by hotel staff. The sink would not cut on either.

Literally crawling bed bugs in the first hotel room they gave me. Then when I was given another room, there were roaches crawling on the desk before I even put my bag on it. I went downstairs and told front desk and showed them videos again, she wanted to try another room. She spent seen surprised at all. I declined. To this day the manager hasn’t called back or refunded my money.

I was afraid of this hotel after reviewing the other travelers review, but my experience here exceeded my expectation. I don’t know about other travelers, but my hubby and his Mom and our 3 girls had a good night sleep! The room was clean and the bed sheets smelled like clean linen. Bathroom was clean and neat! Will be back here again.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the front desk associate was friendly. We had 3 rooms total as a family. When we first went into the rooms, the smoke detector kept beeping. I called the front desk and requested maintenance. We left and were away for 4-5 hours, and still had the same problem once we returned. I went down to the desk, and someone finally changed the battery. The shower in one of the rooms did not work at all. I called the front desk about it. They didn't send anyone to fix it or offer to change rooms. The shower in our 2nd and 3rd rooms barely worked. The water would "trinkle" for a minute and then completely turn off. The water in the sink did not get hot at all. And it wasn't just our experience. I talked to 3 different individuals at different times in the elevator and they had the same problems. The entire hallway smelled, the floor by the elevator was sticky and needed to be cleaned. We had 4 people in the room and were given 2 sets of towels. When I asked for 2 more sets at the front desk, the only had pool towels.

This place was just strange. I walk in and there’s a person sitting at the front desk, but they served no purpose. The lady just stared at the line of people and waited for a younger girl to come back and check everyone in. When we got our room, I tried to shower and there was less water pressure than a sink. The shower head stopped working two minutes in and I was left with the bath faucet. Around 10pm we were laying in bed relaxing and heard our door open randomly. For some reason the same two front desk women were entering our room unannounced, saw we were there and shut the door quickly. My husband went out to see who was there and they just stared at him then proceeded to talk in the hallway while playing music on their phone for the next hour. Very strange and unnerving. I almost asked for a refund but those people were so incompetent I didn’t even want to speak to them again. Just do yourself a favor and stay at one of the other 6 hotels on this street.

I checked into 523 and looking around bed is not nicely made there was trash in the closets where u hang clothes and jackets and no hot water I go into second room 530 and it was already propped open hanger on the floor and lashes on the table as soon as I cut light on to charge phone I just stuck with the 530 it was getting late and and I had work I just think it shouldn’t be a 100 desposit if the room is not properly clean .this hotel is not recommended for a good stay

The check in process was simple and easy especially with a late check in of almost 1am. From the outside the hotel and even the lobby everything seemed great. There was ample parking space. We got the hotel room because my family and I came in for a funeral that we were attending, so the purpose was really just to sleep. When we got upstairs to the floor in which our room was on, the hallways had a funky odor of humidity and wet clothes. The smell of the room was by far worse than the hallway. The smell of the hallway now adding a wet dog into the mix was the smell that came out of the room. Given the late check in and everyone being exhausted we just sprayed the room down with air freshener and went to sleep for the night. The next morning we leave the hotel room around 11am and return around 7pm, and to our surprise the smell was enhanced and we were even more shocked to see that maintenance had not been done to the room. Beds were not made, no extra/fresh towels were given. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the past and at the bare minimum that is what was always done and at least that was the expectation. The cleanliness of the hallways, rooms, and bathrooms definitely came into question.

Don’t stay here
Please spend a little more money and stay elsewhere. The place is disgusting. I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures. I would absolutely not recommend. The entire hotel is out of date and sooo dirty. There were people yelling in the hall all hours of the night. No towels or wash clothes in the bathroom. Sticky counters. Dirt in the floor. Just gross.
