Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. The house was clean and had ample space to prepare a large dinner together. The yard and green space is great to play games and relax. Although on a busy road, the house is set a distance back making it private and safe. We really enjoyed time with family and the opportunity for all different age levels of our extended family to stay together. We were pretty much 15 minutes from everything for the 5 days we were there. The property manager was super responsive to come fix the front porch light as well as bring us some hangers that we all needed to hang up suits and dresses. He was so friendly! The kitchen looks to be newly renovated and had all that we needed. Once WiFi was restored then it was fine. Communication with manager to understand and resolve the issue was immediate and prompt which was very helpful. The refrigerator didn't feel cold - we put a digital thermometer in it and it registered 51 degrees. To keep food safe it is supposed to be less than 40\. I reported these things and they came out and said the hot water heater was set on moderate, so they turned it up. Ok, why was it onModerate to begin with? They said they turned the refrigerator to the coldest setting but it did not get any colder. We ended up throwing away 309 worth of food. The washing machine washed our clothes in hot water when we selected the cold cycle. To top it all off, the door code inexplicably stopped working midway through our stay, locking us out in the cold while we waited for it to be reset. Overall a really poor experience. ##### Robert F. With 5 bedrooms (7 beds total) plus the downstairs den which can easily accommodate a large air mattress, there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s an older home with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen/dining area. The house is located on a fairly busy road, but it is set well back from the street with a long driveway and plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. The backyard had lots of seating and felt very private. My only suggestion for improvement is to give the landscaping in the front yard a little more TLC so it reflects the thoughtful updates that have been done inside the home. The overall location was central to many restaurants, shopping, and the tennis courts where we played.
