Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises. No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Pets: Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed. Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash: Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge. We did have some issues while there and the owner did take care of them quickly. Cons: It is on a VERY busy street. The toiletries provided are very little bottles so be prepared and bring your own. Also, you are only provided one towel/washcloth each and they don't dry well in the bathrooms, so be prepared to wash them more often. The TVs were not working properly when we were there but the owner told us after we left they would be taking care of that. There were no curtains on the bedroom windows(only blinds) to keep the traffic noise and light out. The owner said they might take care of that after we left. Pros: The beds were comfortable The water pressure and temperature were good in the showers. There was a foosball table and games for kids to play. ##### Andrea W.
