Please respect neighbors — no parties or unregistered guests. Violation may result in a $300 fine and immediate termination of stay.  
  
Parking: Free, on-site reserved space.  
Smoking: No smoking (a $500 cleaning fee applies if evidence is found).  
Damage & Conduct: Please report any damage immediately — honesty is appreciated.  
Trash: Place all trash in outdoor bins provided.

#### Family Visit

We booked this property to stay near our son and his family. It was perfect for us. We walked back and forth. Dilworth is a great Charlotte neighborhood, very walkable to restaurants and local stores. The condo was in an older building in an established residential neighborhood. It was well maintained, clean, and appointed well for our needs. We will definitely stay there again in future extended stays. I would rate our experience as excellent.
