I’ll be honest the common areas of the building were run down and a little messy but the apartment was excellent and clean. Don’t judge it by the hallways. We came from the Finger Lakes region of New York to watch an NFL game in Charlotte. Everything is within walking distance! The stadium, restaurants, bars and the grocery store! We will stay again when traveling back to Charlotte!

The place was so clean and just enough space for us! My over all experience was great! I would definitely recommend and stay again bc it was 7-10 to any place we needed to be. Some suggestions would be to advise of the 2 back entrance is the most convenient way to the apartment and that the preferred parking does cost with instructions on how to pay for it because people who are from out of state may not know that completely.

Great location and property!

We had a great experience. We stayed for three nights — me, my husband, my in-laws, and my two children (ages 3 and 5). The location is great within the uptown area. We were able to walk to a rooftop bar and restaurant about 4 blocks away one evening and felt safe walking back late in the evening. We took the kids to the Light the Knights Festival one day. The stadium where the festival was located was only a couple blocks away. The condo itself was clean. My only complaint was that we could not locate a dish towel, so we hand-dried all the dishes with paper towels. That’s not a big deal, though. The bedroom and bathroom setup is nice. We had plenty of space. It was also nice having a washer and dryer within the unit so we could wash all our clothes before flying home. We recommend this property.

We had a great stay. We came for a work conference. I have to say that the proximity to restaurants and grocery store was great. Merts Heart and Soul was so good we went there twice for dinner during our stay. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure. The kitchen is well appointed. Showers with nice water pressure. Jac and Jill were great and easily contacted when I had questions. We will stay again!
