Please read everything!! Email me with any questions . This home is in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Large back deck, wet bar, and large front porch. The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Close to Blumenthal Arts Center, Visulite Theater, the Filimore, PNC Music Pavil and Amos'.bojangles arena.

Location! Walk to the best restaurants and pubs Charlotte has to offer. You do not need a car. Three day weekend bookings only!!! If only Friday and Saturday. I will consider 2 day bookings on weekends, with price increase. Friday and Saturday only $100 extra per night. Email me with questions. You can venmo. I will consider one day weekday bookings. Sunday-Wednesday contact me.

We take great pride in making sure guest have an excellent stay. Bleach and cleaning supplies are left in every bathroom room in addition to top cleaning. Sheets and blankets are tossed and replenished regularly.

Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30.

2nd floor 2 private rooms : 1 king bed with walk in 8 ft shower, 1 queen jacuzzi tub

Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking.
1.1 miles to Vanlandingham and 2.5 miles to Mcgill Rose.

Over 300k in remodels: The home was gutted and everything is new. All 3 levels have a separate ac/heating unit with controls. Two floors with a 3rd level two bed/bath

If police are called because of noise complaints and public disturbances, the contract is VOID and owner can have you kicked off the property immediately at his/her discretion!!! The owner/house manager/officer has the right to escort you off the premises if any of the contractual terms have been violated.

No Parties or events unless verified with owner. License will be requested that matches booking upon arrival. There has been weddings and wedding parties in the past with prior approval.
I did get a bad review over the city hitting a power line. Unfortunately, that is out of my hands.

The house is beautiful and the owners’ attention is very evident through all of the updates and amenities. Great house for our large family

We had a great stay in this home and had plenty of beds for our large family. The house was clean and just as expected from the photos and description. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. We loved the location as it was close to what we needed to do this weekend, but also loved that we could walk to many great places to eat. It was helpful to have a grocery store so close by as well. I highly recommend this property.

College Football Weekend

We had four grow up couples ( friends and family) attending the Duke Mayo Classic football game. We also had a handful of university students ( our kids) stay. This was a great location to relax and visit with friends. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

It was the perfect home for a 8 girls weekend. The house is spacious. We each had our own bed plus more beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside deck Was perfect for an afternoon of snacks and laughter. It was an easy walk to restaurants and coffee. Can’t wait to come back.

Easy check-in, fully stocked equipment in kitchen, lots of areas to spread out for a large group, outside area is fantastic in its design for that. Three refrigerators was a huge benefit for us. Gas stove, Automatic drip coffee pot. Walkable neighborhood, close grocery store, multiple coffee shops and restaurants. We walked somewhere almost every day of our week-long stay. Shared driveway, but we had no problem with that; talked to the neighbor on the first day and asked him to let us know if our car was in the right place (it was). Mike was super responsive to questions and a very down to earth guy. Would stay there again.
