The property is in a good location near Lake Norman. Easy access and thr front desk staff was very pleasant. Our room was neat and "clean". The lobby, elevator, corridors were dirty. If you can look the otherway on your way to your room you will get a reasonable priced room. No breakfast as advertised. Not even coffee so figure that in when selecting a hotel on price.

I will not stay at Baymont Mooresville again. The hotel is dirty from the outside. The inside hallways carpets dirty, room carpet was filthy, room had a loud weird stench in it. The walls in the room and hotel are nasty, needs to be updated bad.

This was one of the worse properties that I have ever stayed in. I assumed wrong when I thought Wyndham hotels stood by their brand, I was wrong! This place was horrible in every way possible! Never stay here! Dirty! If it wasn’t so late and being exhausted after driving 6hrs, I would have left immediately!

DON’T STAY HERE!

DON’t STAY HERE! Hotel was run down. Room was filthy, smelled like cigarette smoke, not vacuumed, toilet filthy, and the list goes on. Our room was on the 4th floor and wasn’t sure the elevator was going to make it. The guy at the counter was nice and check in/out was easy. This hotel was so bad we checked out that night and went to another one. I’m not sure why Baymont/Wyndham would put their name in this property.

The hallway smelt like cigarettes. The box spring had a mystery stain down the side of it. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Trash was everywhere. Not a good experience.

Absolutely disgusting!!! The outside and the lobby just seems like the place is very old. However the second you step off the elevator it’s like the smell of cigarettes hits you in the face. It looks like they do not own a vacuum. We left. The second I walked in and saw someone’s fake lashes on the bed.

We stayed on the second floor. From the time we stepped off the elevator, it reeked. It really did smell bad. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. It was broken. The tub was nasty. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the ac didn’t work well. I don’t think we’ll be staying again

Our first room we got half of the carpet was wet. Nobody was ever at front desk. Inside and outside was dirty. It was just plain gross! The second room we switched to had a hot tube and all the jets were black and scummy. I didn’t even want to shower in there. It was just HORRIBLE!

The room wasn’t properly made up. We had to request pillow cases, towels, toiletries and a remote for the tv which the desk clerk kindly brought to us. The coffee pot and microwave didn’t work and several of the outlets didn’t work. Carpets dirty. Empty pop bottle in front of our room.

I cannot even begin to tell you how disgusting this property is. The hallways to the elevators to the rooms are horrible! Everything is stained, there is food splashed on most of the furniture, the walls are dirty, there is food trash and people’s clothing under the mattress, and things are broken. I could go on, and on, about how horrible this place is, but I will digress. Also, if you are expecting the advertised breakfast, you’re going to be disappointed because they are not serving breakfast, whatsoever. Also, I hope everyone enjoys the smell of weed, because it is everywhere! I have plenty of pictures to really drive this home!

Dump

This is one I defiantly do not recommend. Pictures show a pool. pool was being torn out. Pictures show out door seating area. This is there but no chairs or tables and closed. The continental breakfast is no longer available. Hall was smells awful. We left a day early with no refund. From Thursday till sunday morning our room was never cleaned. They only do room service after you check out. We had to go get our own clean towels from the front desk. Long story short this place is a dump
