Wonderful apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed just a short couple of nights, but we definitely loved staying here and would definitely book here again next time we are in town! We walked everywhere (maybe 30-45 min walk to downtown), and the place itself was super clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood too!

Perfect hub to visit Charlotte

We stayed two nights, super private and cozy. Lovely amenities and decorations. We had all that we needed to make our stay special. Spot is close to local transportation and only 10 minutes from spectrum center!

The property was just as advertised. It was clean, in walking distance to the gold line (which took you into the heart of the city), the neighborhood was quite, and the host was more than willing to help with any needs but everything was perfect upon arriving.

Very new, clean, cozy but not cramped. The yard is beautiful. Host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the front door. Great location in charlotte, we walked back from downtown at midnight and were completely safe. Would stay again

Weekend getaway

Very clean, over-garage studio, with all the basics needed for a short stay. I could imagine staying here for a longer-term visit, too, if I were in town for a conference, doing business or for fun - due to its proximity to Uptown.

My husband and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! John’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect size for us. The space was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet.John was very thoughtful to supply the apartment with all the essentials that you would need (body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra towels and wash cloths, etc)You will have to access the apartment via stairs, which didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you’re minding your knees. We will not hesitate to book this unit again!
