Mere minutes from HWY 485, 51 and 77. Four miles to Lake Park (Highly recommend for kids), very close to Quail Hollow Golf Club, SouthPark Mall, Carolina Place Mall, Ballantyne, Uptown and CLT Airport. Good restaurants nearby! Exterior Cameras watch the property. No party, gathering or large noise. $800 penalty + ask to leave immediately with no refund.
