The home is especially well suited for couples, families, small groups, business travelers and guests who need more space than a hotel can provide.

We know traveling with pets can make finding the right accommodations more difficult, which is why we’ve made our home dog friendly. The fully fenced yards mean your dog has room to stretch their legs without every outdoor trip requiring a leash and a walk around an unfamiliar neighborhood. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a small pet fee. Please include your pets when making your reservation.

Step outside and enjoy your own private fenced yard. Spend an evening around the fire pit, enjoy some fresh air or simply relax while the dogs explore the yard. It’s one of the things we love about the property—the privacy and outdoor space of a home while still being convenient to the greater Charlotte area.

Longer Stays Welcome

Need more than a weekend? Absolutely. We welcome weekly, monthly and extended stays and offer discounts for longer reservations.

With a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fenced yard and the privacy of an entire home, the property is especially comfortable for guests relocating to the area, working temporarily in Charlotte or needing a furnished home for several weeks.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome!

• Please include pets on your reservation
• Dogs should be house-trained
• Please clean up after pets in the yard
• Pets should not be left unattended if they are likely to bark or cause damage
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by their pets

A pet fee applies per stay.
