This family friendly condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals or hanging out, a patio with a grill for the warmer months, and a living room with TV, pull out couch, electric fireplace and cable package.

Come and relax in an ideal location, in a very quiet and peaceful community. You will be less than a ten minute walk to Ferry beach (a great swimming beach), a park, playground, food trucks and more. Downtown Charlevoix is less than a five minute drive away and is easily bikeable.

The unit is on the ground floor, no stairs in unit, covered free parking is provided. Overflow trailer/ boat parking is also available for free.

Just a few miles from Castle Farms which has beautiful grounds and is a popular destination wedding location.
