The house was super clean and well stocked with items to make the stay better. The bedrooms were great, only thing that would make it better would be a shower in the upstairs bathroom. ##### Jake R. House is close to castle farms and downtown. Easy walk to restaurants, lighthouse, and mushroom houses. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels! Would definitely stay again! The Garfield was a perfect location. We also enjoyed the character and cleanliness of the house. Joseph was great at responding to our questions once we arrived. I rented this home for my extended family. We were in town for a wedding at Castle Farms. This home was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful, is decorated nicely, has comfortable beds , had plenty of room and was walking distance to everything in Charlevoix. Hard to only have one shower and did not realize air was window air conditioner. Also, felt outside of house needs to be cleaned up. It was great to be able to make meals and grill outside! ##### ! The owner was incredible! I had some questions when I arrived and he responded right away. The home is a restored 1890s farmhouse, very nicely done. It was a very hot week and he made sure each room was comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. The house was fine. Only one standing shower but our friends used the hand held in the bath and were happy. Appliances and grill were fine. Joe communicated very well with me. He even let us check in early. The only downfall we had was unfortunately our car alarm went off when we came back late at night and took us some time to get turned off. The neighbors called and complained to Joe. I felt really bad and thought that was uncalled for. They have a noise ordinance after 9 and they don’t mess around. ##### Juli C. My 4 year old nephew had a great time playing hide and seek in the house.
