Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"

"We enjoyed staying here. It's conveniently located close to Newport, very quiet neighborhood. The property is reasonably priced, clean. It has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The entry room has a queen-sized bed and the bedroom as well. It has basic amenities - ACs, TV, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utencils, cups, paper plates, paper towels. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. We are very satisfied with the property and communication."
