Our home at Kings Island highlights a spacious, open floor plan that is bright and airy. The great room is the perfect gathering place for family and friends, with soaring ceilings, plenty of comfortable lounging space, ceiling fans, and natural light streaming in through the large windows. A few steps away is the dining room, with a farmhouse-style table with seating for 10 to share memories, meals, and maybe a jigsaw puzzle. Additional space for relaxing can be found in the den, which also accesses the screened in porch. The eat in kitchen features another dining table, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. The large granite island is suited with seating for 4 and also has a second sink. It's the perfect kitchen to create lasting island memories.

Located on the main level of the home are a half bath and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a double vanity, and shower only. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a twin trundle, allowing it to accommodate 4 guests. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Located on the second floor, you will find the master king suite. This luxurious room with private bath is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach or golf course. Natural light fills the master bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double-vanity sink. The fourth guest room has one queen bed and the last room room has a queen and full bed. They each include their own en-suite bathrooms. The home is spacious, yet comfortable and private, to make each guest feel at home.

Family and friends are sure to want to spend hours on the lovely screened porch with beadboard ceilings and ceiling fans. It makes for perfect evening chats, outside dining, or simply stealing away to dive into a good book. The rear deck has a gas grill and more seating to enjoy the nature views.
