Super Spring Break Stay!
We had a lovely stay from start to finish. Beautiful property in excellent location. All amenities were terrific and great upgrades to the unit. Short walk to the beach and Sanctuary hotel. We always love our time at Kiawah. Thank you for keeping such a lovely place for others to visit and enjoy. We hope to return in the future!

Clean and spacious, great location.
We stayed at many VRBOs in the East side and this is one of the nicest one for price. Villa accepts dog yet does not smell “doggy” at all. There is no carpet, which gives a clean feel. The kitchen was well stocked except only 2-3 “real” drinking glasses, rest were all plastic tumblers. There was S/P left from other guests and 1 roll of paper towel. No sponge/dish cloth were supplied, but ample dish detergent and pods for the DW which is quiet and efficient. We did notice that there isn’t really an over the range exhaust so all the steam/smoke stays in the kitchen. The tv situation was confusing with 4 remotes and no instructions on how to watch regular channels. We could have contacted the owner about this but had not heard back from them regarding a previous question regarding parking, so we didn’t bother. The bathrooms are updated and clean with good water pressure/temperature from showers. The cotton towels were not soft probably due to no fabric softener supplied for when towels are washed. The TP is one-ply but soft, and there are several refills. We had trouble with the lock, mostly for locking it when we left the villa. The handle has to be pulled in tight or mechanism won’t work. The bed was awesome, comfie, great sheets. Villa is quiet except for A/C and furnace which work great but are noisy. Blinds don’t keep all light out. There is no screened porch as with other villas. Wifi is very good except in MBDRM. Overall a really great place, we would stay there again!

Very Nice tennis villa, with all amenities and had everything we needed and more! Loved the Beach and bikes were so fun! They just need a new king bed then it would be PERFECT! (I like a new firm mattress).

pleasantly surprised
we were quite surprised by the privacy of the island. It was very remote and jungle like by comparison where we live. Every day was an adventure seeing the alligators, herons, deer and other wildlife. With all of the bike/walking trails we certainly got plenty of exercise. The island offered all we needed from groceries to restaurants, without the hustle of heavy commercial living. We found it very relaxing and interesting.

"Home" base for trips to Charleston
This condo and location were perfect for our trip. We were able to go back and forth to Charleston for day trips. Communicating with Carol was seamless and very helpful when we had a problem with the entry code. If you are staying here, please note the beds are very high. The condo and grounds well-maintained. It is on the first floor, but there are six steps to get to the door and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
