"Room was clean, close to the Cleveland Clinic. The phone in the room didn’t work and after a day the TV quit working. We finally got those fixed. One lamp in the room was hanging, it still worked but unable to use since it was hanging. The room needs a bit more light the a/c heat was not easy to operate. The area was somewhat safe. A pet area with some grass is needed on the property. Breakfast was the usual pancakes, cereal, muffins, eggs, sausage. Had coffee and hot water for tea along with juices. "

"The hotel is very clean. The rooms were very spacious. And the staff is so genuine and friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Cleveland area."

"Had to get a room due to power outage where we live and eta for next day. With the temps and unable to cook at home and charge our phones the availability to get a room was great. A bit pricey for one night. Quite nosey but that’s to be expected. Our room was clean but you can tell things that were unused like the makeup wipes weren’t replaced and had a stain on the packaging. The front desk did there job. If I needed to stay here again for an emergency I’d stay again. "
