"I need refund.. Whatever was mentioned as amenity nothing was present.. Drinking water was also not available .. Poor dirty rooms"

"The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall."

"Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough."

"We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright. Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape. The staff was nice and helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore. Despite of this I totally recommend this place, I wouls stay again with no problem. "
