Door locks hanging wrong. Literally a dungeon like jail. And as an avid traveler I review and research everything. I have ZERO idea how this place is in business. Went to the front desk told the young man I was leaving to find something else. Asking his manager to please call me tomorrow morning. No call. I called maybe 10am. Said there was nothing they could do. I'm not paying for a room I was in for 5 minutes that seemed unsafe and not even clean up to par. Thank you Expedia for handling things properly. I am actually appalled by this whole situation. DO NOT STAY HERE.
