"Our stay at Alain and Lucie’s house in the heart of Chantemerle was excellent. In terms of location, it couldn’t be better for effortless access to the vast Serre Chevalier ski area—just 100 meters from the Ratier and Bletonet lifts and right by the town center.The house itself is charming and full of character, perfectly suited to our family of three. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the living areas offered plenty of space to relax, with a well‑equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.As a family, we’ve been visiting Serre Chevalier for the past 10 years, and this property truly feels like a hidden gem. We will definitely look to return in the future.Steve"

"Good location, near to gondola and ski rental shops. The bad thing is the fridge or ventilation system in room keeps making some noises on and off, quite annoying when sleeping."

"Great location - very close to the ski lifts and all the shops, bus stops. Staff was friendly and they even have a Welcome drink and aperitif on Monday, with other local businesses presenting what they offer. Studio was comfortable, has everything you need ( minus a kettle!!). The check out is at 10am - would have been better at 11am since you have to clean yourself the studio. It was quiet and barely hear anybody but I guess people were respectful."

"The apartment was spacious and pleasant. The location close to ski lifts and local shops is excellent, the views through the large windows are spectacular.But, the apartment was quite cluttered with items, clothes and personal possessions that we assume belong to the owners, including for example a 20 year old fax machine. Most of the cupboards and drawers were full, and ended up never unpacking and keeping our own clothes etc in our kit bags.We did not read the description carefully, so we were surprised to learn the ski locker was not available for our use (probably full of the owners skis). We had to take our own skis and boots down and back up to the 5th floor every day, and carry them through the apartment to store them on the balcony."
