The room was clean but overnight small bugs were all over the kitchen counter.
It was disappointing to learn that there is no "free beach shuttle" as advertised in the amenities section. Administration said they would rectify the listing.
Security people at the front desk were very informative about transportation options. We learned of newer cheaper options.
External appearance and vegetation is very well kept. Common area cleaning staff were at work silently at 7:30am, the grounds looked great. 5 star on this topic.

Room 1504 the room need attention, have a fake closet, simple box, this room used to have a balcony and was transform for closed you can see the outside light inside the closet, look very bad horrible

Clean room and friendly staff Super pretty grounds, loved the turtles! We had a great stay. Please note, however, that it's not a quiet stay. There's a place nearby that has very loud music/entertainment events in the evening. Also the roosters in the adjacent properties will wake you up before sunrise ...
