Gîte of 80m² on the ground floor + first floor with equipped kitchen open to the living room/dining room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a relaxation lounge with sofa bed on the mezzanine open to the living room. Located in a calm and pleasant environment, in the small hamlet of Piolard, come and stay in this comfortable independent house. It has a beautiful adjoining and private exterior with an enclosed garden of 800m², a terrace of 25m² and a covered shelter. The owners are committed to making your stay pleasant, for this, the beds are made on your arrival, the towels are provided and all charges are included.
