This beautiful vacation home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and most importantly a wonderful pool where you can also enjoy the sun nicely. A game room is equipped with a table tennis table and a large flat screen TV for movie nights. The property is completely enclosed and well secured. Thus, to open the gate you also need a code. Stroll through Sireuil (2 km) and visit the historic city of Angoulême (15 km) as well as Cognac (30 km) with its world-renowned distilleries. 90 km away you can spend a wonderful day at the sea.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end August.
