This review unfortunately is unfair and incorrect. The property manager visited with a locksmith and he confirmed the lock had not been damaged and was still perfectly in tact. What had happened was that the inside latch had been damaged. This would indicate this was done from the inside. Please draw your own conclusions from this review.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Unfortunately some of the comments are not accurate. I contacted you four times on the day that you left the message (6.33am, 12.31pm, 3.03pm and finally 5.41pm). It would not of been possible for anyone to enter the apartment as the only key holders would of been yourself and the property manager. As a matter of course the property manger visited the apartment the next morning to change the key code, you were advised of this but chose not to respond. On visiting the apartment she found that the lock box code had not, as recommended been dialled round (so as not to show the four digit access code). I believe that on the day in question the front door to the apartment hadn't been closed correctly by the guest and remained that way until the guest returned in the evening. We have owned this apartment for 11 years and have never had a circumstance like this, the security of our guests is of paramount importance.

Firstly the guest was advised prior to check in that as we live in the UK we have a property manager in the local area for our apartment. If guests have any concerns whilst on vacation they should contact them directly. The property manager had no contact from this guest. The guest did contact us but sadly this was at 3.12am (UK time) . A response was them sent at 5.50am by us. The guest replied to say that the batteries had been removed from the AC (the AC doesn't have batteries). Two more messages were sent by us but sadly no response from the guest was received. We can only help if guests respond to our messages. At no point was the cleanliness of the apartment mentioned to us. If this had been reported we would have addressed this without delay. We would always encourage guests to follow the guide on check to ensure that any concerns are dealt with in a timely manner. This review does not represent the service levels that we offer
