Perfect!
The accommodations were clean and comfortable, as well as convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. This was a perfect spot for our stay during the Spring Softball Games tournament.

Perfect location for all of the theme parks in Orlando
Perfect location for all of the theme parks in Orlando. We wanted somewhere that was an easy drive to go to Disney World and to Hollywood studios but would also be far away from the crowds and the noise and disruption once we left the parks this fit the bill. Very large two bedroom two bathroom condo that worked out great for our family for wonderful kitchen and appointments easy to get to secure and very quiet. There’s a Publix and Many restaurants nearby which made it very convenient. Any questions we had were answered quickly and effectively.

Great Location
We traveled to Orlando for volleyball nationals. The property was great location. The condo was clean and gave us everything we needed. The pool was never crowded and a short walk. We unfortunately had people above and below us that were loud a few nights out of our stay loud music and pounding on the floor at 3 AM. Other than that no complaints. The owner was great and assisted with contacting security and even called the property the next day to address these issues. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our 2 week stay. The condo is very clean, well appointed, comfortable and cozy. Karla is a wonderful and attentive host who promptly responds to all your questions. We enjoyed our meals on the enclosed balcony overlooking green space. The toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch. We highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Great getaway
The property was clean and up to date. There were supplies to get us through our stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants and Publix and Walgreens. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Only one reason I would not stay here again
Overall this property fit our needs. It is not too far from parks, good places to eat and grocery shop near by (but not what most would consider walking distance). Condo was clean and well stocked. Front gate was a problem but office staff were working to get it fixed. The only reason I would not stay here again is due to a framed sign inside the condo stating the air conditioner MUST stay above 75 degrees always. If the unit freezes up and a repair call must be made you will be responsible for the bill. 75 degrees or higher is not an acceptable sleeping temperature! We are from Texas so hot and humid is in our DNA but even we were miserable at night. This information should have been disclosed in the VRBO listing,

Hi Vicki, thank you for your review. In your checking instructions states that you can adjust the temperatures using the thermostat and that I would be available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. I never put in your instructions or in the VRBO listing that if the unit freezes you would pay for repair. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding.

I stayed for 5 days with my husband and my daughter and the place was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated also very clean. I would recommend this place if your traveling with a group or family very amazing experience and the host was a very quick responder whenever we had questions. overall great place.

We checked in very late due to airport delays. No problem getting into resort. Condo was spotless and very welcoming! You could not ask for a more responsive person than our host, Karla! Not only so very nice but prompt with all responses!!! I would definitely recommend this unit… also the pool was delightful!!!

Great Place Near Many Attractions
This was a two bedroom unit with living room, dining room and terrace. The place was spotless. Also has a washer/ dryer and dishwasher. It was spacious but also cozy. There are all kinds of pots and dishes for you to use. We cooked and ate on the terrace every morning. The place was close to stores like Wal-Mart and 7/11 and 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and Gator Land. The pool was also very enjoyable. It starts from 1 foot and doesn't go pass 5 or 6 feet i think. The owner Karla is very accommodating and pleasant. Thankfully i had no problems checking in or while I was at the resort so I did not need to bother her, but I had asked her a bunch of questions beforehand and when it was time for check out. She gets back to you right away and addresses any concerns you have. I would definitely stay here again and i recommend it to anyone seeking 2 bedrooms.

Karla‘s apartment was great for our stay. It was very clean, the kitchen was outfitted beautifully except it was missing a spatula. Other than that our stay was perfect. Karla was very responsive if we had any problems or concerns and she communicates very well. I highly recommend the property and will keep this one on my go to list for my next trip to Orlando.

This place is great! The pictures don't do it justice. The surrounding area has a lot of food options within 3 mins driving. If you have time definitely try First Watch, it was an awesome breakfast. It is far enough away from Disney that you'd probably want to rent a car, but close enough that it's not a hassle. Magic kingdom/Epcot was 20 mins ish away depending on traffic patterns. There is also shopping within a 15 min drive. There is an outlet with all kinds of shopping! Karla was also great. She always responded quickly when I reached out about the property. The check in was pretty smooth. The place was super clean and had bath towels, beach towels, soap and shampoo, dishes, a dishwasher. It was like having all the amenities of a hotel with the space of an apartment. The rooms were a great size and I loved the living area because there is plenty of seating and a huge TV for our family to hang out. The balcony was also nice after a long day to unwind. Can't say enough great things. Wonderful property.

Retreat amongst Busy-ness
Karla's place is the perfect location, providing a wonderfully welcoming condo for our stay. Our daughter & husband live 3 minutes away. My parents had another unit in the resort. We comfortably gathered here with all the amenities of home. The condo had all the "extras" with nice decor and supplies (toiletries, paper goods, utensils, furniture, etc.) My parents' rental was bare bones and not as comfortable, few aesthetics and not as kept up. Here, we felt hospitality envelop us the minute we stepped in. We rested well after long days and enjoyed a movie one evening on the large tv. A/C works great, ceiling fans in every room, seating for 6 in den with comfortable chairs at table. Towels were plenty, including pool towels. The balcony seating is well shaded. Serving dishes & wine glasses were available for a wine & cheese evening. Karla was the perfect host, responding quickly to questions and encouraged reaching out. We were able to check in early and grocery delivery from the nearby Publix was a breeze. The check-out was simple with no long to-do lists (unlike others in the area I've stayed in.) We will keep Karla's property starred with hopes to stay again soon. Absolutely a memorable and very restful stay.

Pleasant stay
We had a problem getting in the door (we did not read the directions correctly) I called Karla and she walked us through the keypad. First impression of condo - clean. It had a nice clean fresh smell. Second impression - this is a very nice condo that the owners have pride in. Aside from being very clean everything has been very well taken care of. The floors were nice hardwood and looked new. Two sofas sat good and had a nice area rug. There was a large table that could seat 6. Bedroom - there was only the two of us so we only used the front master bedroom. The mattress was firm without being too hard. It slept very good. The night that we arrived at about 10 pm as we were getting ready for bed the smoke detector started chirping. Again I called Karla and within minutes (10-15) she and her husband were there to replace batteries. The unit had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc. I used the washer and dryer in the unit and both worked as expected. You will not be disappointed in this unit. Karla was great and helped us as needed. We are returning next year and hope this will be available during our stay.Thank you Karla for sharing your beautiful home with us,

Fastastic stay, wonderful pool area
We were looking to stay near the Orlando area and were lucky enough to find this property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, well appointed bedrooms, kitchen and peaceful balcony to enjoy the scenic, wooded landscape. The property manager was helpful and accommodating, we would stay here again and recommend the property to anyone staying in the area. The pool area was wonderful also, beautiful pool and the cabanas were a plus!

In the midst of Covid we were happy to get to stay at such a nice clean place for a few days.
