Free public parking is available at the foot of the residence. Champagny, traditional mountain village beautifully preserved, offers many shops and restaurants as well as a swimming pool and spa open summer-winter a few minutes walk from the apartment The Vallon de Champagny le Haut is home to the Nordic site and offers cross-country ski trails, snowshoe and pedestrian trails in a classified natural site. The 55 m2 apartment is located on the 9th floor of the residence (2 elevators) and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is made up of 3 rooms: a main room (the kitchen-dining room and the living room), two spacious bedrooms (one with a shower room), a bathroom and a WC. Belle résidence récente et appartement. Appartement très propre, confortable, bien équipé. A noter que l’appartement se trouve dans un deuxième immeuble à l’arrière du premier, ce qui implique un peu de ballade entre l’entrée à la rue et l’appartement lui-même, avec 2 ascenseurs différents à prendre. Pour les bagages et les courses prévoir quelques efforts donc. Nous avons été un peu déçu en arrivant par le cadre autour de l’immeuble, trop bétonné (parkings béton en face) et à côté de la cabine de téléphérique. On sent bien que c’est fait pour le ski en hiver. La rue comptait plusieurs nouvelles résidences en travaux ce qui n’a pas aidé. Nous avons aimé la proximité de belles randonnées, la piscine du village et la plaine de jeux. Ok ne regrette pas notre choix en termes de qualité/prix, l’appartement étant vraiment bien et Champagny en Vanoise l’été étant sympathique. ##### Augustin M. Excellent standard of decor and equipment with hotel standard beds and bedding , also great to have both bath and shower. Amazing view and lovely large balcony big enough for all to sit on. Very much appreciated being let in early by kind host . L'immeuble est au pied du télécabine, à quelques minutes du centre de Champagny. Au delà du confort et de la propreté impeccable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la vue magnifique sur la Dent du Villard notamment. Somptueux appartement dans une résidence de standing. Tout respire la qualité (isolation thermique et acoustique, meubles, TV, équipements divers, literie, vaisselle...). Appartement impeccable, très bien équipé, bien exposé plein sud, belle vue et grand balcon très agréable. À qqs minutes à pieds des commerces et néanmoins très calme. Propriétaires et gestionnaire charmants. Et nous avons adoré la Vanoise pour ses magnifiques randonnées aux vues époustouflantes sur les glaciers. Stayed 7 nights in Feb 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### GAVIN A. 20 Feb 2018 #### Fantastic Apartment - great location The apartment was great, felt like a smart hotel and all of the fixtures, fittings and facilities were of very high quality. The host were very helpful, we had a small issue with the wifi on the first evening but they did their best to resolve this as soon as possible. (The wifi is great by the way!). The location of the apartment is great too as it is a very short distance from the gondola and if the snow it good you can ski to within 30m of the door on your return home. The only disappointment was that the listing implied that the apartment had access to a communal poll - which as we found there wasn't one in the block we wrongly assumed we had use of the one next door. This was rather embarrassing when we were asked to leave by the owner. The pool listed is actually the local municipal pool which is quite a long way to get to. I would have had no hesitation in giving 5 stars as a review except for this one issue which I think was really just a misunderstanding, however as there was a non-skiier in our group was a key reason why we made the booking in the first place - hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. ##### GAVIN A.
