### LA Maizon DU Bois - RDC

Gite in a semi-detached house, located on the ground floor comprising an entrance with ski room, a living room (a sofa bed for 2 people) opening onto a large living room with kitchen/dining area and 2 shepherd's enclosed beds (alcoves each comprising 1 double bed, closed by a sliding wooden door), a bathroom (bathtub with shower rod), separate WC. Public parking in front of the gite or at the entrance to the hamlet. The rental of sheets also includes the rental of towels. In the heart of a typical high-altitude hamlet, this former stable of a dwelling house has been completely restored, highlighting the vaulted ceiling of the vast living room-kitchen. A large table with benches like in a mountain refuge, comfort and modern equipment, this cottage is ideal for a base to discover the region on foot or on skis. Sheets are included. In winter, a shuttle is available to facilitate your travels and reach Champagny resort center. Closed Savoyard beds as before! As a nod to the past, the owners thought of the layout of this cottage, consisting of a single space by creating these two closed alcoves overlooking the main room. No bedrooms, the enclosed bed is the only "private" space here. Atypical accommodation guaranteed!
