It is located in the extension of the hamlet of Villard Dessous, in the heart of a preserved nature, facing the village of Champagny and its chalets, with a breathtaking view of the mountains, close to the shops allowing you to access all the services on foot. The gondola is situated at 900m or 650m by foot. A free shuttle 50m away will allow you very easily to reach the slopes and the amenities. Surface area : about 67 m². Ground floor. Orientation : North, South. Hall. Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed (160\*200), shower room, TV. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (90\*200). Kitchen with multi-function oven, dishwasher, 2 induction cooking rings, fridge-freezer. Bathroom. WC. Terrace with jacuzzi, garden table and chair.
