\- 1 north-facing bedroom with 2 bunk beds and comforters,   
\- Separate toilet with washbasin.  
\- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sliding glass shower screen, vanity unit and mirror, washing machine.   
\- Living room - Dining area with double bed that folds down onto the wall, sofa included on the back of the bed, TV.  
\- Large open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and full set of crockery.   
New bay window opening onto balcony with table and chairs.
