It comprises 4 rooms fitted out under the sloping roof, with numerous windows and Velux opening onto the outside. The apartment features a large outdoor terrace, and is laid out as follows: \- Bedroom 1 - NORTH - PARENTAL SUITE - Double bed. En-suite shower room. Large-capacity washer-dryer.
