This charming apartment in non smoking chalet of 40m² (with an attic mezzanine of 18m² - apparent wood) will give you complete satisfaction for a holiday under the sign of comfort and the sweetness of life!

It is located in the oldest part of the village, the Planay, 50 from a mini market, 3 minutes from the bakery and 5 minutes from the brand new indoor pool and SPA open in December 2017

The town center and the ski lifts of Plagne Paradiski station are less than 10 minutes walk away, allowing you to do everything on foot or use the free shuttle bus, which stops 30 meters away.

The resort offers countless slopes for all levels. In Champagny Le Haut, you will be able to learn cross-country skiing, dog sledding or snowshoeing. Magnificent panorama classified world heritage of unesco.

It is decorated in a mountain style, combining modernity with authenticity and the smell of wood.

It is on the ground floor and facing south and is composed of 2 levels:
level 1: living room with dining area and sofa bed sofa (140x190 mattresses dunlopillo) with tv and demodulator tnt.
- kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette grill, fondue set
- independent toilet.
- modern shower room (walk-in shower) and washbasin (hairdryer)
- cabin room with 2 bunk beds (90x200)

- Level mezzanine: - bedroom with double bed (140x190) - sofa bed (120x190) - or 8 beds maximum (preferably rented for 4/6 people, an extra charge will be required for a 7th and 8th person)

- Animals in principle not accepted

- Week from Sunday to Sunday: Smoother circulation - Week from Saturday to Saturday possible according to periods (April to June and from September to end of December)

Nice apartment but low ceiling in mezzanine and no internet
The apartment was cozy and well cared for. The village is quiet but easy access to the ski domain of La Plagne. It was not clear that there would be no internet but it was possible to get this sorted in the Tourist office. It would be better if this was made clear in the info about the place. Similarly the possibility and cost of renting bedding and getting someone to clean at the end of the stay should be clear at the time of booking.

Cosy, well appointed property
We really liked the property. It was in a good location in the village, just a short walk to the small supermarket and the bakers and easy walking distance to the centre of the village. There were 5 of us staying in the apartment so it was a little cramped and there was not a lot of privacy but it was very clean and had all the equipment needed in the kitchen. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a lovely quiet location in a charming village.

Appartement neuf, propre et très mignon. On a apprécié le casier à skis sur le palier. Mais nous avons été déçus par la "chambre" mezzanine pas adaptée si on mesure plus d'1m45 et par l'absence de rangements pour nos affaires. Un peu cher pour la prestation.

Was een heel gezellig en knus huis, verwarming deed het heerlijk en de bedden lagen erg goed( heel belangrijk)ook lekker schoon! we komen zeker terug. 1 minpuntje: geen Wifi en slechte databereik. Tegenwoordig leeft men op de wifi, vooral met pubers die ook gezellig mee gaan. Zou daar wel iets mee gaan doen.. Maar voor de rest perfecte vakantie gehad

Un appartement-chalet très agréable
Cet appartement qui en fait est une sorte de loft avec mezzanine dans le style chalet est très joliment agencé et décoré. Il est spacieux est bien équipé. Situé dans le quartier du Planay, très calme et entouré de chalets anciens en pierre, il est à une centaine de mètres de la supérette Sherpa, à 250 m de la boulangerie la Marmotte et à 500 m du centre , des loueurs de skis et de la télé-cabine. Bref, un super logement. Un petit axe de progrès serait de fournir une connexion Wifi car la 4G ne passe curieusement pas très bien dans le Planay. Et attention à la tête dans certaines parties de la mezzanine qui sont un peu basses...
