Fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms with closet, garage, large private parking. Located 18 kms from JONZAC spa and casino. Close to the sea at 30 min, estuary at 8 min with sailing school of Port Maubert, tennis courts. Supermarket at 1km. Ideal couple, family, businesses. We have a barbecue, a garden table. Children can play football with green space, badminton, ride a bike. The area is composed of farmland, vineyards, etc. You will be quiet to rest. 20 minutes of jonzac, antilles and casino terms. 25 minutes from the beaches of Meschers sur Gironde. Great for dogs and children. Very tranquil and lovely views. Great area for our bicycles! The only thing we missed was a sunbed. Hosts were pleasant and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Idéal pour se reposer. Le seul voisin proche est le propriétaire qui est sympathique et très discret. Proche de l’estuaire de la Gironde qui permet de découvrir des paysages somptueux et de jolies villes côtières.
