Not really suitable for little children; needs modernising
It's well located near gorgeous villages, and the garden is beautiful. We had a lovely meal in the garden as the sun set - the exterior of the house is very atmospheric. However, the interior is in desperate need of modernising. The kitchen is rather make-shift and poorly equipped, and the bathroom is tired. With a bit of thought put in (new kitchen/bathroom) and a good clean, the property could be amazing. But for us the big problem was the steep stairs and unsafe rail at the top of the stairs - totally unsuitable for young children. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, which was a shame.

vive la simplicité!
Bon séjour très reposant dans un petit coin de verdure au sein d'un hameau un peu perdu dans la campagne charentaise, très belle. Nous étions trois soeurs d'un âge certain et avons bien sympathisé avec notre hôte. Si vous n'avez rien contre une vieille maison et une simplicité sans recherche vous vous sentirez bien!

Très belle région, endroit calme. Propriétaire à l'écoute et connaissant la région comme sa poche. Accueil très agréable. Logement très frais en cas de grosse chaleur. Quelques toiles d'araignées à retirer quand même.

Location agréable avec un hôte aux petits soins , le seul petit souci est l'absence totale de weefi et de réseau, faire attention à l'escalier pour monter aux chambres qui est un raide . Mais nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

La Francia tradizionale
Casa accogliente nella quale rilassarsi. Spazi aperti che gti fanno respirare e bei paesaggi. Ottima base anche per fare delle visitie nell cittadine della regione. I propierati sono estramamente gentili e riservati.

Ancienne maison pleine de charme dans une jolie région
Comme cela a été dit dans d'autres commentaires, ne vous attendez pas à une maison neuve 😅 mais le charme opère vite, on se détend, on récupère. Les propriétaires sont adorables et prêts à se mettre en 4 pour rendre service. De belles discussions avec Jean-Pierre qui connait sa région sur le bout des doigts… et est toujours prêt à partager. De belles vacances, humaines et chaleureuses… Merci à tous les deux 😍
