This traditional alpine-style apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor of a chalet-style residence, this spacious apartment features a large terrace offering breathtaking views of the mountains. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, raclette set, and coffee machines (Nespresso and classic). Next to the kitchen is a lovely dining table that can seat 4 people. The apartment offers a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote working. It benefits from one of the valley’s highest-performing high-speed internet connections, thanks to its recent 5G installation, providing a smooth and reliable working experience. The spacious living room is both bright and welcoming, with wooden flooring and wallpapered walls, a large sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV, and large windows opening onto the expansive terrace, the perfect place to sit during the summer months. It also includes a private underground parking space with a heated ramp in winter for easy access. Charming bedroom, beautifully decorated with a large wallpapered feature wall and filled with natural light, leading out to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and WC. Chamonix is at the heart of one of Europe’s most stunning networks of ski slopes and hiking trails. The town offers excellent restaurants and bars, as well as numerous year-round activities: snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and ice skating in winter, and golf, tennis, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, mountaineering, and extreme sports in summer. The Accro Park, the treetop adventure course, and other attractions at Parc des Gaillands are just a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Geneva Airport is a 1 hour 10-minute drive away, and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station is a 7-minute walk. A security deposit of 1200 euros must be paid on-site for groups under 21 years old.
