The high quality interior has been completely renewed in 2022, offering the perfect relaxed, modern and comfortable apartment to return to after exploring Chamonix. Located in a quiet area in the heart of central Chamonix, yet it's an easy 3 minutes walk from lively central Square, 10 minutes walk from Brevent lift and only 2 minutes walk from the bus service giving full access to the whole region. It is perfectly situated and there is really no need for a car - unless, of course, you prefer it to get about. The apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a mezzanine sleeping area and a sofa-bed allowing for flexible sleeping options. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and free access to private parking spaces dedicated to the residents of the building. The combination of location, its high-quality interiors and the amazing view makes this apartment a fantastic option for friends and families. Please note that this is a no-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
