A local designer has created a beautiful interior making this apartment a really comfortable place to relax. In addition to the large balcony off the living area, the first of the 3 bedrooms has a private balcony. The building itself has a great location a short walk from Chamonix centre. KEY FEATURES \- Covered balconies with outdoor furniture \- Entertainment facilities including free WiFi and smart TV \- Quality finishes and beautiful interior-design \- Ski boot room with private locker and boot dryers \- Private underground parking maximum height 2.2 metres\* BEDROOMS The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 5 separate beds available, configured as follows: Bedroom 1 : Double bed, with ensuite shower and basin, and access to the separate WCs Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed, with access to a shared bathroom with separate WC Bedroom 3 : Double bed with option of a single bunk, with access to a shared bathroom with separate WC OUR OPINION We have a number of apartments in the White Pearl building and the first big tick is location! Everything Chamonix has to offer is at walking distance meaning a car isn't necessary. Having said that, if you choose to drive, each apartment has 2 private underground spaces as well as a dedicated ski locker with heated boot dryers. A12's position at the rear corner of the building means the aspect is peaceful and it's the only apartment with 2 balconies. The bunk in Bedroom 2 gives flexibility to sleeping arrangements/different group make-ups. Apartment A11, also with 3 bedrooms, is just across the hallway making the pair a great option for 2 families or a larger group. A welcome pack wd have been a nice touch and something to consider. The apartment is surrounded by vegetation so only had a little direct sunlight on the balcony on the afternoon. It wasn’t quite warm enough out of the sun to use the balcony.Communication was quite poor we had to chase to get the entry codes etc as they weren’t sent as promised.
