The Chalet Marius is situated in the Grassonets districts, between ski resort of Chamonix and Argentière. This chalet was built on 2 levels, and is very well arranged and equipped. It has a huge terrace with a wonderful view over the Mont Blanc. Ski slopes are at 1500m from the chalet. The centre of the village is at 1800m. After your long skiing day, you will take advantage of the sauna of the chalet. Surface area : about 170 m². Orientation : South. View mountain (Mont Blanc). Level 0 : Living room with stove. Bedroom with double bed (180*200), bathroom. Open-plan kitchen with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, pressure-cooker, kettle, coffee machine, dining area, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC with washing machine, dryer. Terrace with garden table and chair. Sauna. Level 1 : 2 bedrooms with balcony (vue Mont Blanc), double bed (180*200), bathroom. Bedroom with shower, double bed (180*200), shower room. Bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190), bunk bed (90*190). Separated WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
