Chalet Arve is a bright and modern chalet ideally located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Chamonix centre. The chalet features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. **The Location**

Chalet Arve is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance of Chamonix centre. A pleasant 15-minute flat stroll along a secure pedestrian and cycle path brings you directly into the heart of Chamonix, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops.

The main local bakery is just a 10-minute walk from the chalet and offers an impressive range of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The valley’s network of mountain trails is also easily accessible from the chalet, making it ideal for summer outings on foot or by bike.

The valley’s bus network provides convenient access to the various ski resorts, with the closest bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. If you are travelling by car, the Brévent lift is a 5-minute drive away, while the Flégère and Les Houches lifts can be reached in around 10 minutes. The famous Grand Montets lift is approximately a 20-minute drive.

The chalet is also perfectly positioned for exploring neighbouring resorts such as Courmayeur in Italy via the Mont Blanc Tunnel, which is just a 10-minute drive away.

**The Chalet**

Entering the chalet on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable boot room with seating, heated boot dryers, and plenty of storage. This floor also includes a games room with a foosball table, a large flat-screen TV, and a selection of board games.

The main floor opens into a spacious and modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a mini barista coffee machine, while the cosy living room features a log-burning stove.

From this level there is direct access to a generous terrace with an outdoor dining table and a large garden with lounge seating. The terrace offers spectacular views directly towards Mont Blanc.

The next floor features two flexible ensuite bedrooms that can be arranged as either twins or doubles. Both rooms have bay windows with impressive views of the Brévent ski area. There is also a guest WC on this level.

The large master bedroom occupies the top floor of the chalet and offers plenty of storage, a workstation, and stunning views of the Mont Blanc range. The ensuite bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, double sinks, and an Italian-style shower.

On the lower ground floor there are two additional bedrooms: one bunk room and one bedroom that can be configured as either a twin or double. These rooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower combination and WC. This floor also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer facilities, along with an additional separate guest WC.

**What’s Included**

Self-catered bookings include bed linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your property features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply.

The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local *taxe de séjour* (tourist tax), which provides access to the **Carte d’Hôtes**. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.

Standard check-in is available between **4:00 PM and 8:00 PM**, with check-out required by **10:00 AM**. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges.

If your property permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at **€15 per night per dog**; however, cats are not permitted in any **Alpes Agency** apartments.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive access to a private guest area and a digital guide tailored specifically to your stay. Through the guest portal you can also add optional services and extras, including:

**Payment Terms and Cancellation**

To confirm your booking, a **10% deposit** of the total cost is required. In addition to the accommodation fee, a local tourist tax of **€4.60 per adult per night** will be charged.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card provided **30 days before arrival**, and you will receive an email notification beforehand.

If you cancel your booking via email **up to 30 days before arrival**, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are **non-refundable**.

Please note that a **temporary damage deposit of €1000** will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of your stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
