Redecorated and refurnished for winter 2024/25, the finish offers bright, fresh accommodation. The residence is a short 5-6 minute walk from the centre of town and is situated in an idyllic residential area where the neighbours grow their own vegetables and keep chickens. This second floor apartment provides excellent living space for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. KEY FEATURES \-Sunny balcony with outdoor furniture and views of Mont Blanc \-Entertainment facilities including Flat-screen TV and free WiFi \-Washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience, especially helpful for a longer trip \-Ski locker where you can securely store all your equipment \-Two private external parking spaces \-Available for winter season lets BEDROOMS The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows: Bedroom 1 : Two single beds or double bed, with ensuite shower room and access to shared WC Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed, with adjacent shower room and access to shared WC OUR OPINION Guests love how bright and airy this apartment is. The large windows and sliding glass doors provide an excellent sense of space as well as taking full advantage of the surrounding mountain scenery. The balcony, which runs the full length of the property, is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee whilst taking in the Mont Blanc view or an evening aperitif in the sunshine. Each of Chamois 4’s bedrooms has its own shower room which is a rarity for two bedroom properties in Chamonix. For larger groups we have another three apartments in the Chamois building accommodating a maximum of 19 people.
