Since the apartment is at the base of mountain resort Brevant, it’s a walk uphill from town. But unit is central, well appointed. The gondola is uphill from the town centre. This condo is right next to the gondola, within a 100m (horizontal) walk. You literally walk only 20m uphill. Anything downhill from the condo (closer to town centre) results in an uphill walk to the gondola. The location is still a short walk from the main shoppng & dining streets in central Chamonix.
