Quiet building with plenty of hot water, communal areas were clean and tidy. Easy to get to the centre of Chamonix on foot and some good restaurants close by. The cleaning done before my arrival was not very particular so this needs to improve (tomato sauce on dining table, hair in corner of bath) It would make a lot of sense to have a shower screen to stop the shower spraying on the floor.
