Il est fonctionnel (matériel de cuisine). Cependant, ménage à revoir : les sols (joint de salle de bain noir), la cafetière inutilisable en raison du niveau de saleté et on a eu en cadeau la poubelle des anciens locataires.La literie est inconfortable car lit très petit. Par ailleurs, pas possible de profiter de la baignoire car le bouchon a été retiré. Frigo pas assez froid. Plaque chauffante dangereuse et la plus grande ne fonctionne pas.
